Doi̋w Erër Ni̋ēkēä has a yearly average temperature of 17°C (62°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 9°C (48°F). Doi̋w Erër Ni̋ēkēä receives an average of 70 cm/y (27 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Doi̋w Erër Ni̋ēkēä was founded durring the late 10th century, by Eingdei Deaddiy Tegme Izsrang Knihl Worm That Walks, Locust Form Giant Cockroachs. The establishment of Doi̋w Erër Ni̋ēkēä was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Eingdei Deaddiy Tegme Izsrang Knihl Worm That Walks, Locust Form Giant Cockroachs struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Doi̋w Erër Ni̋ēkēä as a prison colony.
Doi̋w Erër Ni̋ēkēä was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the late 10th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Doi̋w Erër Ni̋ēkēä is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Doi̋w Erër Ni̋ēkēä is buildings folow an organic layout of broad packed earth streets whihch gives the city a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The city is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. The city's exceptionaly well made fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the citys defences.
A look around Doi̋w Erër Ni̋ēkēä shows Doi̋w Erër Ni̋ēkēä is little more than a wretched hive of scum and villainy. Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is.

Cultural Notes
Doi̋w Erër Ni̋ēkēä's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used makes use of a large oblong hall or building with double colonnades and a semicircular apse and symmetrical central-plan, resulting in buildings with a square central mass and four arms of equal length. Decorative features included domed rooves, arches, soaring spaces, and sumptuous decoration: marble columns and inlay, mosaics on the vaults, inlaid-stone pavements, and sometimes gold coffered ceilings.
Due to the actions of local Kami, spring is recurring in Doi̋w Erër Ni̋ēkēä.
The Stag, Emperor near Doi̋w Erër Ni̋ēkēä are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
Doi̋w Erër Ni̋ēkēä's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves long periods of drunkenness to channel Summoning energies of tier 3 via mimery.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Doi̋w Erër Ni̋ēkēä was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Doi̋w Erër Ni̋ēkēä lost 235 people, 148 livestock, and 24 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 177, when members of Doi̋w Erër Ni̋ēkēä's militia enacted an operation to destroy or capture a specific enemy noble. The operation was complicated by torrential rains which turned the ground into deep mud. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in victory for Doi̋w Erër Ni̋ēkēä's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Doi̋w Erër Ni̋ēkēä's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
